Ramadan Offer T&Cs

1. Offer valid on new DENZA models purchased during the Ramadan campaign period (Feb – Mar)
2. 0% Finance offers are subject to bank approval
3. Free Service packages apply as specified per model
4. All offers are non-transferable and linked to the purchased vehicle’s VIN
5. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated
6. Al‑Futtaim reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer without prior notice
7. Complimentary Zofeur service applies only to DENZA B8 7-Seater and B8 6-Seater models
8. Complimentary Zofeur is included only for vehicles purchased with the Ramadan campaign package that includes free service + Zofeur
9. Zofeur coverage applies only for service appointments, not for repairs, accident claims, body shop visits, or any non-service activity
10. Zofeur usage is limited to the service intervals included within the free service package
11. For B8: Service interval: every 7,500 km (first at 3,500 km). Complimentary Zofeur covers all services within 75,000 km, equivalent to 10 service visits.
12. Zofeur service coverage areas: Dubai, Abu Dhabi (excluding Al Ain), and Sharjah only.
13. Missed or unused Zofeur bookings cannot be refunded or transferred
14. Al Futtaim is not responsible for delays or operational issues from the Zofeur service provider
