What warranty & maintenance terms do we have?
We recommend an initial service every 15,000 km or 1 year, whichever comes first for B5 & first service at 3,500 km or 6 months, then every 7,500 km or 12 months, whichever comes first for B8 . This service focuses on inspections and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
What does EV and PHEV mean?
EV means Electric Vehicle and PHEV means Plug-In Hybrid Vehicle.
Where do I service my car?
You can visit our service center located at Dubai Investment Park. Our Denza technician team consists of IMI EV certified master technicians.
When do I service my car?
Denza B5 service internval is 1 year or 15,000 km (whichever comes first) while Denza B8 First Service: At 3,500 km or 6 months, then every 7,500 km or 1 year
